As Kohler approached its 150th anniversary, there was no shortage of history to celebrate. Awareness wasn’t the challenge. The opportunity was to turn that legacy into something participatory—to build genuine enthusiasm, invite new audiences in, and celebrate the creative partnerships that have shaped the brand over time.
Anchored by the campaign theme “Come All Creators,” the anniversary became an open invitation to join in the celebration. We established the positioning and led an 18-month creative effort that brought the platform to life across the brand. In collaboration with Daniel Arsham, we directed the development of custom marks and visual expressions that honored Kohler’s history while pushing it forward.
The work spanned an expansive range of touchpoints—from live events and permanent campus installations to product launches, digital shorts, and extensive apparel and swag. Together, it formed a cohesive, celebratory system that transformed a milestone anniversary into a shared creative moment—and helped turn long-standing awareness into lasting fandom.
